Nute help

Just got a soil test kit:
Ph 5.0
potash low
phosphorous very low
nitrogen super high
Need advice on how to fix soil.

Leaves are taco shaped, twisting, drying, new growth is yellow
4th week in from seed, it's a soil grow, water every 5 days with distillers water, dirt is miricalgrow potting mix , light 70 watt hps , fan is always on .

70 watt light? If that is all you are really running there's a clue. Miracle Gro soil is supposedly a no no but I know guys who used it and grew. Phosphorous and potash are irrelevant at this stage of growth. Too much N is not good. Repot with Fox Farms Ocean Garden, do NOT use nutes for about a month (if then). I use wood based mulch in the bottom of well-drained containers and mix that with soil I mix myself. But FF OG is good, is already fortified and bet lots here would agree. Since you didn't post a pic. Put at least a 250-watt HID over it.
