Possible Mag Deficiency W/ Pics

Yeah I'm using Miracle Gro nutes 24-8-16 which do not list Mg as an ingredient. Also I am watering with tapwater that I let sit out for 24-48 hour so it could be excess calcium. I know for a fact it's not a N def because I have been foliar feeding for a weak and my leaves just kept getting greener up top and kept yellowing down bottom. I am going to foliar feed tomorrow with epsom salt. What ratio per gallon should I use?
