mould??????couple of autos on the go...have i got mould...please help

i have a couple of flowering 5 week old auto ak47 autos,just found what looks like a small amount of mould at the base of 1 plant (white fur looking)
...small indoor grow,started flushing them out,are they doomed?got them in some natural light and air for now.
is my grow area effected by my find?should i destroy them or can they be saved....any good advice would be welcome

If it looks like "fur" then I would say its mould for sure (sometimes salt can build up at base of stem)

Are you growing in soil or hydro? How do you water the plants?

Mould only really grows in cool, damp and stagnant conditions. My advice would be to clean off the mould with a cotton bud/Q tip, dip into a weak solution of water and peroxide. That should clear it up (for now). However, you need to adjust the environment so it doesn't return.

Keep the area dry (avoid splashing water onto base of stem)

Improve air circulation

Clean the grow area with the water/peroxide mix.
