You have to grow in dirt not sticks. I really dont know how it made it that far.

WOW. There is no need for that, man. I just called it like I see it. How was I surposed to know what is under a stick I do not have exay vision and if you didnt want someones opinion then your in the wrong place and I kinda think you ask for help or advice. Also your the fool it was the wood chips that caused the base stem rot by holding too much water between waterings.

okay i guess everyone is deciding to be a dick to you today?, but anyways man if that soil isn't like a commercial brand chances are it has 0 nutrients, at this point i would say your best bet is to give it some and prop it up with a stick and see if it comes back to life.
