I would say then that the spots on the leaf are just prior damage from the mites, or possibly from aphids or another pest. And also, like I said if they sit in the dirt or something when the plant is smaller, the leaves sometimes look shitty like that either way when they start to grow above the soil.
But like you said, I'd do a drench with the Aza...and keep checking the leaves just in case.
There does also look to be a problem with the healthier leaves as well though, probably a watering issue. Looks like too much water. If you're not using rain water or RO water, make sure you're letting it sit out 24 hours. Don't use fresh tap water.
