Nah they look perfect man. They're fine. And the reason that the soil is still moist is because these containers are 2.5 and 4 gallons! Did you know most people start seedlings in tiny containers that are smaller than your hand? Like half a pint or less. This is totally fine however, but the roots will not grow into a tight dense ball as quickly as if it were started in a small container. The thing to keep in mind is that the only way a huge pot like that would dry out in a couple days would be if it had a giant plant inside! The roots are tiny tiny right now and so they cannot drink that much water at a time. So you probably won't need to water again for a long time- Especially if your first watering filled up the entire container.

Just leave it be and the only thing to keep in mind is that you wanna wait for it to dry out a lot because if it is too moist it can cause problems. Be sure to have a fan in there if this is inside.

So yeah, it is just a slightly (but not much) slower start than normal. And that could be for a number of reasons. Just leave them be, and perhaps start out your next one in a tiny pot such as jiffy pots http://www.novoselenterprises.com/im...npic_jiffy.jpg (my favorite way to begin)

Do you have exhause/intake fans? You need exhaust to keep temperature stable, and intake to keep a steady flow of new co2. And if you decide to put a blowing fan in there don't point them directly at the plants- it is only for circulation. Just like you want air moving outside, but you don't want gusts of wind hitting plants.. so have the fan hit the wall or something and rebound and hit them that way, don't point it directly at them unless you have a whole lot and theyre big
