You need to transplant those plants....that is most likely the cause of the bottom leaves doing that. They are root bound.
High guys and gals, I just wanted your input on my Pineapple Express seedlings. I know older leaves yellow-up and die, but it seems too soon in my case. Or is it?
I am using a T5 and clamp-light CFL's. It's in AN soil, and they have not been fertilized. The soil is wet, hence the dark color. I also have a fan blowing on them pretty hard. I have a thing for thick and strong stems, even from the beginning. I was thinking I might be overwatering them, but the soil dries out very quickly due to said-wind of fan.
They are on 24/0 light regimen, and they droop due to the stiff wind. If I cut the fan off, the leaves boner-up within hours.

get an osolating fan. transplant and start your firts
I transplant around 13-15days after sprouting and I use those exact same cupsAnd T5's as well. Those plants do look nice though. I always throw a good fan on mine as well for the first few weeks of vegg.

The plants are overwatered and starved of O2 because there is no drainage holes in the cups.
transplant to 6" pots, imo, and let them dry out more between waterings

I want to sail away to a distant shore..........an' live like an ape man.
Thanks guys. I'm going to be getting an oscillating fan, transplanting the seedlings and starting FF nutes ~1/4 strength with 6.5 pH. I'll then re-evaluate in a week. Hopefully you guys will see how your good advice was for me, which I believe is 100% accurate. The foam cups do have holes for drainage, but I agree that saturated soil is a contributor to the yellowing.
These babies are already starting to smell danky!!!
And reps to all that responded!
