Help please, got confusing nutrient deficency problem.

Right well here goes, the strain is blue widow , about 7th gen clone, planted in plagrons bat mix. About 7 weeks now,I always grew hydro, but fancied a change, so I got some huge pots about 1.5 foot deep and foot wide, they were doing great with no problems so happy with my girls, then for some crazy reason, I thought I'd spray them in some hydroponic fert I had, and even more stupidly left lights on 2x600w hps , when I came home from work, all of the grow tips had turned very pale green and almost turned yellow they did not look burnt though as in curled up and crispy , over the next couple of days, as they where still growing just very pail, I assumed I might have a micro nute problem, so sprayed them twice a day in mirical grow, after a day new growth started to darken and look slightly darker , but that has where progress has stopped, all leaves even old fan leaves have lighten in color slightly and new growth looks yellow or white then slowly takes on a sort of apple green but not as I would expect, so basically was wondering how I should proceed . I was also watering them with ro water as that's what I was using on hydro, but didn't realize at the time, that would cause micronutrient deficency problems , but they have been on tap water for a week now. In addition I have just noticed that branches do not apper to be growing at internodes , the fan leaf has grown but branch has stayed as 2 small leaves, this is the same on all of the plants I sprayed

If anyone's still looking, I just gave tapwater and backed the light off a bit and they seem to be recovering nicely, so looks like it was shock caused by over feeding and heat stress , I was going to give them a week to recover more before flowering , does that sound about right to anyone ?
