Please please help!!!! Pics!
I have a bunch of female plants (lemon kush). The preflowers have swollen to a very large size and inside in the organ is a single seed or what looks like a premature seed. now these are on all of this strain. Are they Screwed? Hermie or male even? Help PLEASE. I have so much time, cash invested in these plants and im in total panic mode right now. thx for help everyone. first pic is the pistils in which the seed thing was in and the second pic is the seed. Please any ideas?????

42 veiws and no one has any opinions? well after examining all my girls some of differing strains I have determined Im a freak and panicking. It appears that is just how they look as the pistols age. If im incorrect please school me. Im very new to all this and Im a protective daddy and worried about my girls,lol. Thx.,

if its outside a male's pollen can become airborne and travel for quite a distance. While this is very rare it can happen. I would check very thoroughly for male pollen sacs. If you dont find any then it is most likely just a premature seed that is unpollinated and you should have no worries.

There is definitely pollen coming from somewhere. I don't see any male flowers in the pics, but you may have some and not even know. Look at your plants closely, I just had to pull a plant because there were balls on 2 tops while the others had all pistil preflowers. If not maybe their are native cannabis species or even other gardeners in your area.
Ya that one looks hermed, the preflower on the left is actually a misshapen male flower. Or a severally mutated pre-flower.
Edit: or is that a lighting effect, it looks like its away from the stem.

well Ive checked all 23 plants with a fine tooth comb (not literally). I have found NO male balls at all on any of them. So im guessing the pollen if there is any came from a neighbors grow or wild cannabis if it grows here. (Dont think so though). I dont know my neighbors and pollen can travel great distances so Im sure I wont find the culprit. When these plants start to flower in a few months will I have to worry about the same male pollen pollinating my girls? And if there is any pollen that made it on to these plants now will the pollen still be on the plants and viable in a few months? Thx for help.
