Really depends on your goals. If you want to produce seeds for future grows or cross-breed, then keep it and collect pollen. Otherwise, not worth the grow time and attention, imho.

but if i want seeds.. i would need to grow separately in a different room right?

I believe you can save some pollen and you could pollenate the botton buds of a plant with a Qtip or something
