Help! Yellow spots covering one half of plant.

As you can see in the pics below only one half of my plant which is outdoors 12 / 12 is covered in yellow spots, haven't watered with nutes in 2 weeks is this some type of deficiency?

Looks to me like something is eating half the plant...or something along those lines...I don't know what would cause something on only one side of a plant..unless it is some sort of fungus, or wind damage...
