Light burn, help!

I had it on 24 hour light and today like an idiot i lowered it a bit thinking it should be okay.. (still a noob, so embarrassing @@)

a couple of hours later, looked at it and both of the outer true leaves were like 40% heat burnt.. and one of the inner ones that was beginning to come out good..

Can it be saved? I am switching it to 18-6... It's in the dark right now, hopefully recouping D:

It's recovering after a 6 hour dark period and has been in the light for 8 hours since. recovered maybe 20% but still growing too.

It should be okay right?

It's day 8 since sprout, should I consider it Veg Day 1 since i switched to 18-6 or was it technically already vegging?

The burn looks pretty bad.. D: It seems to be recovering a bit though, it was worse when I caught it.

It's in a very small pot like 1-2 inches. I was going to put it outside after another week. Transplanting it right now wouldn't be good right? :S

Should I keep it inside and transplant it to a larger one while it recovers and let it veg for a few extra weeks or put it outside like I was going to?

What kind of soil. Try to put all the info of everything....
I dont think its burned by the light..
Also do you give it nutes?
And whats the temps?

CFL's dont give off that much heat so im a little skeptical to believe its lightburn. not saying your wrong just my opinion. if you can keep your hand close to the light without it becoming uncomfortable then the plant should be fine. i have a smaller CFL (shitty i know) and i could actually put my hand right on the bulb without bing burned. if its still growing it can be saved. the bottom leaves dont produce really any buds anyway so i say keep it growing
