All hair...no meat! Any ideas? Pls read.

hI,
I am currently in bloom stage on a nirvana bubblelicious plant got quite big, it is 3 or 4 weeks into bloom and i have noticed that i have hairs everywhere, and they are growing long "wanna be buds" but the longer they get the more i notice there is no meat!! out of a 1 inch bud, there are 4 sets of hairs, but no meat in between the hairs, i had this prob with one of my last plants! they are getting advanced nutes A. B. and C, with b-52 and some superthrive, my other plants look great, but this one is weird!!! where there is supposed to be leaves there are, but instead of being 5 or 7 or 9 leaves, on some there is 1 leaf, and on others 3 and thats the most it'll get! i know some pics would help so i will go get some, so u better understand what i am talking about id like to figure this out so it doesnt happen again in the future....any insight at all would be extremely helpful...cause at this point i have no clue...maybe a genetic fuck up or something on my end guess we'll see thx for reading and posting! i'll go get pics now! brb

Im doing between 70 - 130 plants a cycle in 2l hempys. Ive had 1 or 2 like that in my last grow even though Im cloning. Im going to try and isolate the bitch mom I got them from so I can eliminate her from my garden. Weird, I dunno.

I saw something similar on some of my cloned pineapple xpress, it all thickened up in the end but it took a long time to finish.

Looks to me like sum sort of back cross with a ruderalis.

I get some skinnies once in a blue, when I'm doing a progeny test from many different seeds but that's the most anemic I've ever seen. What's the room temp like?
