New to growing my plants look odd Help
hey there im new to growing and the leaves are getting a slight brown on the tips. one got very bed,

please look at these pics and tell me whats going on with them?
as im new to growing i am clueless.
these are feminized white widow seeds got from seedbank
for lights i use mainly the sun due to it being really hot this summer
and a low 100w cfl for night time (which needs to be replaced for a better light a.s.a.p!)

that medium looks drenched. how often are you watering? the light is too far away and yeah you need to upgrade if you want to try to grow multiple plants.
Want to tell someone they should do a search on the site/research more while you dont bother to address the question or provide links? please remember this-

how old are they ?,what soil are you using (some have feed in them already) what if anything are you feeding them cos they look a wee bit OVERWATERED and OVERFED m8 ! and STRETCHED to fuck,,, dont be so heavy on the water(make sure you have good DRAINAGE) and get yer LIGHTS sorted out and imo you'll be cushtie... wee baby plants dont need any nutes(until 3wks in) and very little water i use a spray just to wet the surface and i keep my eye on them,, anyhoo best of luck tae ye ma friend and keep up the good work

as i was on a extreme budget the medium was asdas soil :/ and belive it or not they are about 5 weeks old lol.Originally Posted by jofey

Way over watered and streaching at this stage is never good, when that happened to me I replanted the plant ie, take it out put it in a dif pot and leave the leaves just an inch or so above the soil so it can stand on its own. Then you need to get the light much closer to the plant so it will stop reaching. What type of light are you using?

you have to lose that dirt....that looks like garden soil...not potting soil/mix...that is basically mud...you need to get something wit perlite in it and mix it with that black dirt you have...probably a 60/40 mix...60 % of potting mix with perlite and 40% of that black dirt
The cfl is why they are all stem and no leaf,ditch it and just use the sun. Cut back on watering and start feeding them.
you mean like just 12 hours daylight?
