Did i over water

i just put some water on my little seedling but i think i may have over wterd it , its showing no signs but its only been an hour or so i put mi fan and light close to it to try to dry it out a lil, but what if i did over water what should i do?

and do you have holes in the bottom of the cups??

Do the plants look yellow ?

how old are they?

well i lied im not worried about over watering but i will try soon for somoe pics now im scared about my plants leaf ( its seedling leafs) it isa still a seedling , one of them is a brownish on the bottem y is this?
