anyone know how long it takes for excess nutes to lock up? I have concern for one of my little girls that there was calcium lock in the soil that was causing the droopiness from a lack of water... I did a partial flush (2gal of R/O water for 5gal pot). As soon as I did the flush I thought I probably screwed myself if the problem wasn't calcium lock, but instead overwatering in the first place. Anywho, I'm curious about how long it takes excess nutes to lock up. Room is 70 deg f and RH fluctuates between 45-55%.

I leach my pots often....to keep the salt from building up..

this is my first batch so I hope you don't mind the questions. How much is often? What size containers are your girls in? How much water do you use to leach? I feel pretty sure at this point that my problems are a combination of overnute as well as overwater based on their behavior. I feel fortunate though that I didn't go overboard. There are only a few specks of browning on a few leave edges and the yellowing I see isn't as bad as most of the pics I've seen on this site. I'm not too thrilled about the recent development of some leave edges becoming rigid and sharp looking. But I guess as long as I can measure growth every couple of days I won't give up on them.
