Are these looking okay?

Hey all, I am not new to growing, but am somewhat newer to indoor growing. I just want your thoughts on my plants, if they look to be doing good or not.

The clone has been rooting for about 2 weeks (maybe 3) and the seedlings, it has been about 2 weeks since they sprouted through soil.
i lightly water them a couple times a week. I gave them a very weak mix(3 days ago ( and the clone has been yellowing before any nutes!) of the only fert i had at the time which is a 30-10-10 mix (I know this is not a good mix, but it is all i have right now)they are on a 18/6 light cycle, using 2- 4' fluo tubes 32W ea?, 4 cfl's(23W ea) 1 or 2 are the warm white, but again, it is all i have at the time!
They are all in a potting soil/ perlite mix
and if you can see in the pics, the seedlings are both at 3 nodes high.

this is just till i get a little more organized. also there is a fan constantly blowing lightly while oscillating.
