What am I doing wrong ? This is my first grow btw, The one in between the CFL's is a week younger with the others, the 2 oldest being about 3 1/2 weeks old (God idk thats an estimate, im high all the time so i don't tend to keep track of it. lol ). I think there is a nitrogen deficiency, but some outside opinions would be great before I take action. To me, growth seems slow!

    Thanks!

And P.S. I know the box is small, I plan to keep only 2 at the end of the day (If they are all female, that is).

It does sort of look like the onset of nitrogen deficiency but I am no expert so hopefully someone more knowledgeable will chime in. Did you check out the nutrient deficiency stickys in the marijuana Plant Problems area?

What is the soil you are using?

Sta green potting mix. Kinda just took it from the shed and threw it in there. Those pots are the ones I intend to keep, but I don't think they are big enough. I am limited on room and this box isn't exactly huge.

I am assuming the soil has time released nutes in it. When you transplant and you should probably do it soon, add some inert perlite this will aerate and retain moisture in the soil. Remember with time released nutes everytime they are watered they are fed as well. If a all possible I would change to an organic soil mix. If you cannot get the premium stuff like FF or Roots organic try the Pro-Mix should be available at your local hardware store reasonably priced.

What would be the purpose in transplanting? For a bigger pot and different soil, or just different soil? Is transplants typically done? (Sorry for my noobishness lol)
