im at a lost also! idk, i have no pest strips in my room for precaustion on this, this plants been this way for quite some time and never once has spread to any of the other plants! but it grows that way on the new growth also

if your already three weeks in and its producing as little as it looks like....id trash it...its just going to produce a male flower somewhere and screw up your grow, plus ive never seen anything like that before...then again maybe a reason to keep it but more often than not thats a reason to trash it

I would look at the bottom side of the leaves . It looks like a bad case of Spider Mites. They are still small enough to save .
