the plant actualy grow upward,but there is lil bit of change in the leaf size

your plant is too hot, by the looks of it, get a fan, also water every 2 days.
get some perlite in the soil also,/.

30 celsius seems a bit hot if you're not supplementing with CO2.

i know, it definatly has some bugs

get some insecticide or sumthin quick

whenever the leaves look droopy or depressed its a sign of some sort of bug
