Exclamation Yellow SEcond Leaf tips

my plants about 5 weeks into veg and the bottom first leafs are yellow and look dead. that shouldnt be a problem i hear its normal for them to die because orf lack of light due to the other leafs. anyways i was woundering what might cause the tip of ONE leaf is turning yellow and drying up, 3/4 of the leaf looks normal healthy green and its only on 1 of the 4 leaves... so what are some helpful suggestions
