Day 35 of 12/12.... Hermie?

Hey guys, this here plant I got seems to be growing some nanners... The strain is Cali Connection Julius Caesar(regular seed). Stress shouldn't be the issue...

What exactly should I do with it? Do you think this is just a random freak occurrence, or will it get worse and grow more and more pollen sacks? (Assuming they are what I think they are, but they do look like what I think they are)

I guess I should just pluck them out as I find them and hope too much pollen doesn't get spread? There was already another hermie (caught it much later than this), so the plants already have a bit of seed.

What do the experts think? Hopefully the pictures show up clear enough...DSCF2455.jpgDSCF2454.jpgDSCF2456.jpg

Also, upon close inspection it appears these nanners/ballsacks/whatever are only coming out of the very top of the plant(the bud pictured). Possibly because this part is the most mature? Would it be genetics thats causing this?

Thanks in advance

Maybe I'm just being paranoid.. But these things don't look like normal growth at all. I circled them so its more clear.

Your pics are dark, but I do see a seed in the second one. So another self-pollinating(hermie)plant cross-pollinated your JC from what I am gathering?. If so, the JC most likely wasn't a hermie to begin with.

So what did you unknowingly cross the JC with?...those could be some interesting beans!.

There is a product that does work, but not 100%.

I had a CH9 Critical Mass 33 (got it as a freebie from attitude). Didn't notice it hermie until I saw seeds starting to form on my other plants... Had nanners all over it when I inspected my plants closely.
I've looked into reverse already, it seems to be a better preventative measure than anything, idk if it would help this late in the game.

My camera ran out of batteries right after taking these few pics... I'll run and get some more and take some more pics in better lighting.

Thanks for the help so far

Hermies isn't necessarily a bad thing, as it can suppliment future gorws. I'm on my 4th grow; 4 pot DWC and 6 out of 16 plants turned hermie on me...prolly from LST (at least from what I've read). As long as it's not a full male, it shouldn't do too much damage, only tosses off the weight factor... the buds are still smokable and such.

good luck

Yes bananas.Pick them off and keep going. doesn't look like they dropped pollen yet. So spray them with a little water and pluck em.

Sorry dude your link didn't work for me and
yes the pics are too dark to see whatever is
going on with the plant did you use a timer or
have light leak these are the big two that
causes the plants to turn into gurls~

at 35 days narnas are not good, and they are at the top of a cola too at 50 days wouldn't be so bad

he can remove them as they appear if there are not many of them
its a good idea to remember even if you have no other plants
pollen that is released by hemies in the grow area can remain viable for quite some time and pollinate future crops in the same space
a good clean up of the grow space is a pretty sensible idea once that plant has finished
