mixed up some ph,d water (3 gallons at 6.5) and added 2 tsp of Epsom salt . I distributed it evenly to all 6 plants . Also I mixed in about a1/4 tsp in a 1/2 gallon for a foliar spray .
I put that in carbonated Perrier water . I sprayed the leaves
with a fine mist twice yesterday. Today when lights came on I looked and it obvious that the purple is already going away . I am in about week 4 flower . They all look pretty happy so I think the epson is working . I'm going to feed them with just clean ph,d water next time in 2 days and if they continue to improve on losing the redness I'll do epson next week
Just tap water will do. lol

is that light bleaching? how close is that one to the light? not ideal to have any yellowing during flowering, you will reduce the harvest.
I do have them pretty close to the light . About 4 " from a eyrhortilux super hps 600w. It's in a Hyde farm ac hood with a 500 cfm fan pulling the hot air out. I don't think it's the light because looking at it just now they are continuing to get more green since I added the Epsom salt . Even the red stems are getting better . It could very well be a small part to being close to the light . I learned a lesson in ballast mfg on this grow . My new Lumitek digital 600w went out on the 1st week of veg. I only planned on vegging for two weeks or three but instead switched to cfls and waited for Lumitek to warranty my ballast . I waited so long for Lumitek that I had to borrow a friends ballast to start my flowering cycle. In the time that passed my plants grew too tall . I am very close too the light and have it all the way up. Lumitek is so slow at warranty I still don't have my ballast ad it's my 3rd week flowering . I have way too tall plants and it's hard to manage .

What I'm going to do when this grow is done is I'm going to only veg for like a week and go right into flower . Hopefully I can get some nice and bushy plants if I crop right . Then I wont have the issues of light not reaching the bottom and the light being too close.

I was told by a friend that if I can't afford co2 right now that I should spray carbonated water on the underside of the leaves every once in awhile. Can't say I have seen a change but I know I have not seen it suffer from it

I dont know the concentration on your foods but that sounds strong for such a young plant. Also I keep my plants on grow food for the first week or two of flower to prevent nitrogen def and ensure that I can really cut down the N towards the end of flower.

Take all of our advice, formulate your own opinion of whats wrong.
I thank you for your time and effort to help me . And for sure I will formulate my own opinion of what's wrong . This forum is for that very purpose . Everyone on here is right in some way . Some more than others . But even the wrong advice can be valuable if your the one who figured out it is wrong. I'm going to try the epson salt from hear and see what happens . In saying this I am in no way saying your wrong in your advice to me. I just really like the fact that you said to formulate my own opinion
