Having some drying of my leafs....Know what the problem is? using 42w cfl at the moment....will switching to 150w cfl grow lamp dry it out more?

loooks like you drop some nutewater on the leafs how the ph and how close you got the cfl

the cfl is now an inch away i moved it farther...when first had it the leaf was touching it

you can get ph testers any garden center or aquarium store. cfls will not burn your plant unless they are touching the plant itself

Yes they do. After growng with cfl's i would say 2" is a good distance to keep them...i liked the growth i had from them, mind you i used alot for 1 plant.

i have a small dry looking round spot on the back one leaf from one of my seedlings, what could be the problem?
