Burn Holes on my Leaves (Like ACid was Sprayed on them) NO Evidence of any bugs , yet

I looked everywhere (My camera is Broke) No Pics.. Well- My leaves look like sum1 sprayed Battery ACid on my plants. I found NO dam bugs! It stayed on one plant and slowly went to others until I moved the plant.The others were fine again. I was confused as hell by that. There was NO BUGS until I wrapped the Plants Dirt Pot and placed a glue trap on the base near the stem. I went to check on my plant and found MANY "fruit like" flies all over and they were coming from the Dirt where a hole was in bag near stem. No wonder I didnt see them on the plant before! They seemed to fly away into the dirt when I approached or in this case TRIED To. (One a.m. I seen Them jump(or Fly) to a empty dirt pot nearby) When id walk-away i'd see them fly BACK to my plant! (Sneaky bastards!!)
It was the ones trapped in my bag and glue trap that made me solve this "mystery".

So people- What are they and how do I get rid of them?

P.S. I say Burn Holes cause it looks like a liquid splashed the plant in fine drops and then yellowed outwards like any caustic substance would to a leaf. Some even seemed to "leak" or "drip" to leaf below it- giving the impression it was a "acid liquid" burning through.

Bro the gnats did not cause the spotting/holes in leaves (need a pic for diagnosis). You funny fella playing that little hide and seek game with the gnats. To control the gnats get sticky strips,cut a piece off(replace when 3/4 full)and put onto soil and hanga full one above the plants.
