without knowing anything about your grow i would guess there are at least two things - 1) insufficient lighting and 2) over-watering.

alright. Started from seed over 2 months ago.
I just entering flowering stage because i am moving out soon.
I am using a 250W HPS 12/12.
I have been using Pure Blend Pro and super thrive for food.
I water every 4 or 5 days.
The temperatures get as high as 83 sometimes in my grow space
so that might be a contributor to this problem
i just need to know what to do!

Actually it was only water that they needed. They are looking better now. Its mainly the curling tips i was worried about which are still very apparent.

Yeah i think your temp is drying the plants out pretty quick.
If you dont have a moist check, stick your finger about 3 inches in, see if its moist.
