This is my seedling 7 days from sprout. Does this look okay for 7 days? Lighting is CFL 24/7 around 250 watts total. No nutes. I water whenever the dirt seems really dry. I have a fan on it constantly. When I close the box, the temps rise rapidly and have gotten up to 95. Need help on how to keep the temps down. The bottom leaves are curling down but look healthy. Does it look like I am over/under waterering?

Also, I was wondering how much 1 plant usually yields under CFL's.

This is my first grow, Please give me some tips.

Looks Like Might Be Heat Strees ,your Young Little Plant Needs To Have A Temp Around 70 -78. Humidity, Also Needs To Be High Seeding Love That, For The Vent Question, Computer Fans At The Top And The Bottom One In The Other Out.

Thanks for the tips.....I'll get them fans in right away.......I'm new to all this and I'm just trying to learn as much as I can. Other than the curling does it look about the right size for 7 days? Thanks again for the help.

they look fine for seven days , also you really wanna get some ventilation hooked up , i have a 400watt in a very small sapce and my temps are constantly at 27 celcius using only 2 comp fans. i dont use any fans to blow air in. its a waste of time. I just have passive intakes ( holes , roughly same size and exhaust fans) and use the two fans to exhaust that way i get more air circulation and keep temps down.
