Question Early preflower??? w/ PICS!!

Pic is from day 17 of VEG. Had a few mishaps with my lighting; this explains the burnt leaves. Also plant was put in 12/12 then replaced under 24/0 shortly after (All of this is explained in my journal - First Grow - bagseed (pics)).

Anyone have an opinion or know for sure what this is? Thanks.

those are "spurs" all plants have these. couple more weeks yet. i usually see pre-flowers on the 8th to 12th nodes.
