    Default Droopy Plant

I just bought a cheese plant from local dispensary and I am growing it outside in a pot. The plant was about 1.5 ft tall and very perky. On the morning following my purchase and after one night of being outside the plant seemed a bit limp. Over the course of the day it perked back up but again this morning when I went to check on it it was really droopy again. Could it be the night cold doing this? I live in the bay area in CA and it is has been really nice and warm all day but nights still get pretty chilly. The first day it happened I watered it a little and it perked up later but I don't know if that was just coincidence as it couod have been the sun throughout the day that did the trick.

Could it be cold? Could it be water? Could it be that since the plant started out as an indoor plant that the environment change is to much for it? I'm a first time grower and I bought this plant to practice with, but I really want it to succeed.

    Thanks

All the above could cause your issue. Pretty much enciromental changes will do it. When it was at the dispensary, it got used to a certain climate. Now it's in a new climate and will take a little time to adjust. Just keep an eye on it, don't overwater, the first thing to usually happen when a new grower runs into issue.

How cold is at night? As long as it's not below 50*-60* you should be alright!
What type of dirt? If you put'em in some type of dirt that isn't compatible?
    Don't over water it!

It hasn't gone below 62* at night. I still have the plant in the same pot I bought it in so it hasn't changed soil.

    Thanks

yeah dude the bay is pretty cold, bring her in at night, shes too small to survive the cold temps still. until shes 12" tall i wouldnt expose her to any weather below 60. and i know its down right cold down there haha. when she gets bigger she can survive ~50 degree weather alright

How big is the pot that it is in?
    It's possible root bound!
A pic would be very helpful!
