How Can I Battle This? Theres Lil White Dots On The Lower 1/2 Inch Of The Main Stems , It Also Wipes Off So Im Thinking Its Sum Kind Of Fungus, How Can I Fix The Prob?

I'm not sure what it is wdltoker. Perhaps if you had a pic more peeps wpould have been able to make an educated guess.
