Little milky egss in my soil!!!

i turn my lights on to find tiny milky balls in my soil, look inside and there is a mass on about 20% of it....so i squish it and it pops out a bunch of juice....any ideas what they could be??

ok its confirmed i got gnats in my little week old! well eggs anyways idk where mom and dad are..

you need to treat those as soon as they start to hatch .

There's several easy ways to reduce and eliminate gnats.....put about 1/2 inch of sand on top of the soil.....place a saucer of "sweet" koolaid (or soda) alongside, the little fuckeers like it so much, most will drown themselves......hang a fly strip in the grow area......use the fuckers as target practice with a 12ga.....
