my battle to get the powdery mildew is still going on, today i sprayed the plants down with h202 and distilled water..should wipe everything out...now i know it will be back in a few days

i picked up some serenade today so my question is when should i spray and how often?
before lights go off spray?
while lights are on spray?
how often so i spray? every 5 days?
i want to use this as preventive because i know the pm is not gone im in week 2 of flowering right now

do i soak the plant in it?
just mist the plant?
soak the buds?
or mist the buds?
thanks

Don't listen to the hater...just think about IPM.
Prevention (don't bring in plants with PM, select varieties that aren't as suceptable, don't take clones off of plants with PM)
Environmental control (Avoid big temperature swings, cool damp environments, increase air movement)
Manual removal
Biological Control (Serenade)
Chemical Control (Sulfur, Copper, Myclobutanil)

In that order.
Spray 1-2 hours before the lights come on. Start early in the life cycle, as this bacteria only eats the fruiting body of the disease and it may already be growing in the plant before you see it on the leaves. Soak clones in DM Zone before rooting.

Avoid systemic Fungicides (Eagle 20) because they will kill off the mycorrhizae as well.

You will have to cut and paste this but I think it's what you're looking for. However I have to agree with Corso312 I've used it many many times and have had less than perfect results but hey ya gotta do something to save your crop. I've also heard of people using a milk and water mix 3part milk 1part water I think it is your basic spray and wash I think, you'd probably find it referenced here somewhere. Good luck and I'd disinfect that space as good as I could as soon as I could as the spores are probably not just on the plant at this point

I have never had a problem with spores. I do burn small amounts(no more than 6 pieces of briquet charcoal at a time) of charcoal to produce co2 in a Hitachi mini-barbeque. These little barbecues have lids that can be closed after they're lit.

good to go

corso312, do you seriously burn sulfur? Just a heads up, when sulfur burns it produces a gas called SO2 (sulfur dioxide) this gas is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!! OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety) exposure limit for SO2 is 2ppm!! The gas is acid to your lungs. In higher ppms you cant breath and spit blood (your lungs melting).

i have not used a burner in a very long time...that was when i grew in a basement years ago.. i agree sulfur is bad 4 u... i did get burned one time with hot liquid on my bicep, nasty burn and i had a sore throat for a week after that. that was the last time i used the burner.

You don't actually 'burn' sulfur, that is just a term. Vaporizing would be correct. Sulfur burners/vaporizers don't get the sulfur hot enough to ignite, just enough to melt and vaporize it. Mine uses a light bulb for heating the sulfur flowers.

Burning sulfur is indeed not healthy.
