Leaves CURL UP in veg???

I got pics, and I know this is something simple, like heat (but I got a fan goin on them and temps are probly around 70 in there (leaf curl started seedling before fan), or it could be that I put the seed directly into foxfarm so its being over nuted?

Anyway, i've seen my plants do this leaf curl both under my 1000w MH/HPS and my series of T10s flourecent... so it might not be heat... but what is causing these curls in my leaves like its trying to retain something... I really want to figure out how to stop this. Any ideas?

BTW the plants above are 1 Cheesequake, 1 Jilly Bean, 1 Chernobyl. I got some new seedlings germing in jiffy pucks and i'm realizing I dont want this to happent o them. Now, my last crop did this and then when I put them outside.

The Info:
1000W MH a little over 2 feet away... I dunno, anyone know what this is, my noobishness is bugging me.

OK put your hand on top of the plant. If your hand starts to feel uncomfortably hot then the light is too close and they will burn to deth. The other thing could be nute burn. Nute burn is over fertilizing. Too much nutrients.

Haloman420 is right, it looks more like a nute burn or the light is burning your plants. You should use 1/4 strength nutrients.

Ima have to disagree with overnute as usually see tips go first leaning towards not watered enuff or RH to low. or lights to close

yeah i think that may be it. I didn't use nutrients tho, i put the seed straight into foxfarm oceanforrest which despite being mild is too hot for a fresh germinated seed i'm told (and seeing as result of the seed put in jiffy pucks.

I was just out there and put my hand over it, and held it like a minute with no problems, was it warm, yes, was it hot no. the light is 2 feet away and the room is like 60 degrees.

Mine are doing the same thing. I live in New Mexico and there is no such thing as humidity here. Get a humidifier but keep a close eye on your RH. Too high and you'll be dealing with mold and fungus issues.

plants that size ide nute .25 strength so ffof should be ok, when i get curling leaf its either too little or too much water i know kinda dosent make since but thats my experiance as far as if everything else your saying is good them im guessin water too much or not enough.
