Question What wrong with this pic.????

This is a pic. of a clone that I took out of my home made bubbler it had a bunch of roots so I transplanted into a 50/50 ocean forest , coco mix. I have been using bio grow and superthrive. The ph has been 6.3 and the ec. is at .06-0.08. Take a look at the pics and tell me what you think the issues are.

ya I see brown tips and curling tip, with yellowing the clones are under 4 t-12 daylight a fan is running 24/7 the hum, get ar0und 65-70 at night and the temps are 60*.

Should I flush these? or what should I do? They seem to be growing very slow as well maybe nut lock?
