This is a long shot, but have you tried rearranging your plants so the droopy one is in a different location under the lights?

i have and before it started drooping it was even in a different little setup. The one its in now is bigger and better.

ok this is how i see if the plant has enough water or not....simply pick up the pot and see how heavy it is....the lighter then its underwatered....if really heavy then too much obviously. Also what is your soil mix?? i have half perlite and half hyponix soil and it seperates so i have to mix the top soil everyday...that might be it but he's right...humidity might be a factor but keep asking around bro and good luck

looks like over watering but it could also be damp off whitch affect the plant below the dirt line .maybe water water with dampoff

I think the problem is the plant is too old. Like you said, it's over a year old and two people haven't even noticed...
