IMG_3181.jpgIMG_3182.jpgIMG_3191.jpgIMG_3183.jpgIMG_3184.jpgso it may be nothing but i would like to ask for some opinions. late in flowering, im guessing anywhere from 6+ weeks, grown indoors under cfls, promix seedling potting mix, been flushing for about 2 weeks and just spotted my first amber trichome yesterday, it is my first grow. checked my runoff flushing yesterday and it was low, about 4.8. i Always use 6.5 tap water, good water in my area. wondering if this looks like possibly low ph lockout or somthing, or some type of defficiency. Hoping it is just the natural yellowing of the leaves ive read about but the tips look unnormally dry and crispy as compared to late flowering pictures ive seen, these are supposedly purple kush clones from a friend. the stems look somwhat purple which i heard was bad , but that might have been for vegging and early flowering. let me know what you guys think , am i just being overworried. Thanks +rep for all . all opinions appreciated

and a budshot just because, notice the sun leaf coming off the bud, the tip is beginning to yellow

I'm far from an expert, but if you're starting to see amber trichs then I would say that's normal. Could be some sort
of deficiency if your ph is 4.8, but I wouldn't worry that much about it if they're almost done. I've got a similar situation
going on right now and I think I'm gonna just let it go. I've only got about a week left so kinda seems pointless. Good Luck!

Looking good.

Ya those bigger, older fan leaves are supposed to die off in the last few weeks, totally normal.

It looks like some new and old damage. If you're having problems they are probably related to phosphate shortages and nitrogen excesses. Perhaps pH related. The plant doesn't look bad off, but that one destroyed leaf might be indicating more problems to come. If the pH has been off recently that'd explain the localized necrosis.

i was using a very weak flower fert and probably fed them once every week, every three waterings, and it did not start to show until i started flushing. Starting to make a bit more sense great info.
Could anyone suggest a good quality well balanced flowering fert?

u shouldnt flush that early , flush should be the last thing before harvest and only when the plant is done , when u dont feed agresivelly u dont need to flush much either

stop flushing and water as normal becasue flushes stunt the plant from growing / budding / finishing

i wouldnt start feed her again if i had less than 2 weeks from harvest , if u intent on doing it tho just add a litle of P/K

i ll say it again , U DONT NEED TO FLUSH MORE , FLUSH WILL ONLY MAKE THINGS WORSE NOW ON

it looks like a nitrogen deficiencie u should be alright as long as ur buds are lookin good just stop flushing as bonjo said..and if leaves fall off it should be fine to if ur reaching ur harvest...

the 1st sign of N def is pale coloring overall the plant which here it doesnt seem like that , the weird thing is that after 2 weeks of flush the plant should be looking pale but this looks like it never had stoped fed with N , when plant is hungry on N it pales the leaf coloring evenly and not just the tips of it , Phosphorus deficiency may triger the dark coloring and the leaf necrosis along

my last call after considering all of what discused is the use of low release ferts , she will start getting pale sometime soon

damn should have read this earlier, well i gave two of four plants a good flushing so , we will see which respond better, other two were watered normally. thanks everyone for the input learnin lots . i have noticed that the amber-ing of the trichomes has slowed since i started flushing so what bonjo is saying sounds dead on. we shall see. thanks very much everyone
