• Produces a glare-free reading light while reducing eye strain.
• Includes a 27W full spectrum, energy efficient bulb which lasts up to 10,000 hours longer than an ordinary incandescent bulb.
how far away should my plant be?
also do u think i should take the plant out of the soil completly and restart with new soil? |

| | Depends on how well the soil drains or how dry it is now, uhm you -could- do that if it wont dry out... with 27w of pure power I would put it as close to the plant as I could... maybe .5" away? Rule of thumb if you can keep your hand under the light at plant height, and the heat isn't too intense it's good. No up curl leafs then it's too close!
Take care of those few things to get started on and you should see a dif. esp with the light closer.

| | You're going to need better lights if you want a successful grow. My WW is about 5 weeks old and its 35 inches high, 4 days into flowering. I'd definitely get an HPS or at least some cfl's if your budget is a little lower. |

| | ur 33 day old plant looks like a plant that should be 3 days old. First of all, those spikes will kill ur plant bc they have too much nutes for a plant that young. Start over or transplant. Plant the seed, let it sprout(at 33 days, urs still looks like a sprout), just use water for the first weeks and then gradually introduce nutes, you dont need coffee grounds or whatever the hell you put in ur soil. That link to ur light did not take me anywhere so i dont know what light you have but it looks lkike it has to be closer. if its CFLs then they must be 1"-2" away, if they are heavy duty MH or HPS HID bulbs then they should be about a foot away. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
