Urgent Help Needed!!

My plants started have mold on them. Any way to fix this without having to kill the plant or take off the leaf it self?

They are on all my plants and I don't want to kill the whole batch.

Any possible way to kill just the white stuff?

Looks like powdery mildew - I'd use neem oil. do some research lots of info on powdery mildew
