white spots and brown leaves

so i have this plant iv been growin for a lil bit its bout foot and half tall and starting to flower. well the leaves at the bottom are turning brown slowly then falling off and then the next row will start to do the same. i noticed theres small white and light green spots on the leaves. whats happening to it ?anybody know why its slowly dying.
