I just found a bee in my flowering room but it was on it's back just kicking its legs around like it was in a daze, I killed it but the weird thing is, it's very cold outside way way too cold for a bee to survive, secondly it was in my basement and there are no nests or other bees that I've seen I cannot figure out where it came from it's crazy, and my other issue is nats while I was watering I saw a couple flying around they look black with clear wings but who knows they're fast, I saw them a couple weeks ago and sprayed the leaves with schultz insect spray and didn't see any nats for a while until tonight so I sprayed again but barely had any schultz left so tomorrow I'm going to get another bottle unless somebody can hip me to a better method PLEASE HELP

had the same problem recently. They are black fungus gnats that lay eggs in the soil. The larvae then eat plant roots. Common pest. Best cure is to hang a few of those sticky traps to catch the adults and then buy some Gnat Off. You add it to the feed and it stops the larvae from feeding. You should have it sorted within a week.
