my plant is about 2 weeks old and they keep producing more leaves but isnt getting any taller is this normal

im using 6 26w cfls 6500k 2-4 inches from plant

Pictures would be good, but you're probably fine as long as the leaves look healthy. Bushy plants are good!

should i add or change anything in my setup ?

closer the nodes, the better, you could get more for the height.......

should i mix in some 2700k cfls or should i keep them all 6500k

I too am having difficulty obtaining a desired height. I have minor curling under on a few of my gals but the others seem healthy, just too short. Please advise

IMO if the leaves look ok and the plant is stable, just give it time. I started from seed a few months ago, at first I thought they were too 'twiggy' but then under HPS they just took their time and got stocky. Now, under 12/12 they are absolutely perfect,and climbing to the roof. I know everyone's different, but you have to let them grow on their own,(as much as possible).
