Can anyone tell me wtf is with this plant? Its gone thru some stress (over fert and temps as high as 93f in the room although I use co2 and 85 f in rez).
The leaves have always been curling or clawing as one guy said his were and asked what was up with mine, I thought it was remnants of the nute burn but they have never really come out of it. Thanks for any input.
Looks like a salt build up in the, flush and start on low strength nutes.
Anything and everything that has gone wrong in a grow has and I have fixed it every time. So keep on smoking and growing and rolling and the world will be a happier place in the end. Peace, love, and keep on looking for the greener side.
thanks qaz, thats just what I did. Would that affect ppm readings? salt build up? I really hadnt flushed much in the past and did a rez change, I set the nutes and additives at 1200 ppm or so, I checked a day or so later and it pegged my meter which reads up to 2000 ppm.
Yeap a salt build up will spike the ppm when in a closed loop hydro setup and they are flushed back into the res. If you were to test the EC of the water it would high too which indicates a salt build up too. Hopefully they will spring back in a few days and if you want drain some of the res and fill with pure water bring it back down to about 800-1000 ppm and they should auto flush and balance out.

thanks again qaz.
What I did was flushed for 60 minutes with clearex and then change the rez out to like 800 ppm. I really had no idea wtf was going on with the pegged meter but now I know the importance of regular flushing, I had been using distilled water which is expensive enough when your plants are consuming over a gallon a day , but now I'm using straight tap water since the supply is pretty clean(under 90 ppm) so flushing will be a regular part of my schedule now. Thanks for the info.
