new leaves dying, flowers growing in place of seeds, and falling off, BIG PROBLEMS!

I received this plant from a close friend of mine, asking me to see what I can do for it. I'm not a grower or a professional at planting and what not. Ive had it for about a month now, he said he was growing it naturally so i left it outside in normal daytime light, and left it outside in the evening also. 24 hours a day, its outside. I water it every other day, sometimes 3 days later, if it looks too wet(the soil). I read the guide in the forums above, from admins, all i saw in common with my plant was, it might have nitrogen problems, but other than that, it just seems to be losing life slowly, I have attached several images to the post. Another thing, is that the flowers growing on it are odd, they grow within the seed capsule thing, and just fall off, or when i touch the plant several will fall off, even by blowing the plant a little, many just fly away, WHAT IS THIS?

ANY HELP IS DEFINITELY WANTED!

like i said, I'm not a grower, but I'm taking in plants to learn slowly. thanks

I DON'T HAVE A GROWING SYSTEMS. although, if i need to manage its light input i can move the plant or cover with a bag, or whatever needs to be done, anything that it needs, ill do my best to do.

you need to be givin tat baby some food. and does tat bucket peice have drainage holes?? needs to be somewhere tat it can get as much light as possible, unless your tryin to flower now. as for the falling flowers, i have no clue. would help to have better pics, take some more closeup shots of the problem areas

i'm not 100 percent sure if it has holes, but i can definitely make some identical to the ones on normal potting buckets if it doesn't have any, and what kinda food do you recommend? just normal plant food, miracle grow stuff? ill get some pictures in asap.

thats a male i think, give us a better look at the nodes.....along with what you told us I'm 99% sure.

miracle grow tends to get rather slated round here tbh mate, ure best off with bio-bizz or fox farms or summink...thats what the majority use. Get sum with relativley high NPK levels...but be carefull not to overdo it man. best o'luck!
