One of the the stems with a few of my major bud sites got over the weekend bent but is not snapped. At the site of the bend its turning brown, but the buds above the bend seam to be alive and well. My question is how to make a splint for the bend so it doesn't end up snapping from the weight of the buds later? sorry no pictures

popsicle sticks suck. go to your grocery store and buy a package of bamboo skewers. Youll absolutely love em. Also, a useful material to support the stem is duct tape! lol. I know it sounds weird but I didnt think of it. Jorge Cervantes did! nuff said. I just took his word for it and tried it because the thread kept coming untied in the breeze of the fan and pissed me off so I said fuck this and put a little piece of duct tape to hold it.. No more problems! Heres a video clip of Jorge giving the duct tape tip so you dont have to take my word for it. (He used it to reconnect broken branches but if it can do that, it can support a tiny stem to a skewer.)
