i have a 8 cheese plants 7 of which are growing fine and the buds are filling out with tichromes on the small leaves but 1 plant, which happens to be the tallest hasn't got any tichromes and the buds are very small as if in week 3 the plants are in week 7 now.
like i said the plant is cheese
one 600w in a 2x1 metre space
using biobizz all mix
15 litre round pots
temps 27 by day 21 by night
week 7
If you are using purchased seeds, it's possible that one of the seeds you were sent was not cheese, but rather a sativa strain that got mixed in your shipment.
cheese is a primarily indica strain, i think, so the shorter plants are indeed the correct strain. sativa's grow much higher than their indica cousins and can take almost twice as long to flower.
Ive grown a 100% sativa strain that took almost 12 weeks to finish.
The shorter plants will finish soon-ish, but you should let the taller one finish too, although it may take another 4 weeks or so.

thanks...you maybe right! i bought a packet of red cherry berry (big buddha and one seed was something else, don't know what but the smoke was good!
I could be wrong, but I didn't think being a hermie would effect plant growth at all... just the flowers.
you know if it's a hermie if you see what look like balls instead of pistils scattered throughout or just on one branch. but I assume since you've had it for 7 weeks that you'd have noticed that by now.
Pure sativa's will stretch to about 3x their height once you start 12/12. combined with a much longer flowering period, and you can usually tell if it's a sativa.
then again, you could have gotten a cheese seed with some peculiar genetics. the point of sexual reproduction is diversity, so you may be observing it now.
this is my BB blue cheese @8 weeks i not be running it again as the yield isnt very good i have another ukcheese x cindy 99 and the bloke says its dank so i will see how that goes
