What do i do about this- leaves turning brown and funny!

My plant is at least a month into flower and i noticed the other day the leaves were starting to turn spotty and brown and now they have gotten way worse. It is only on the big fan leaves at the top of the plant. At first i thought it was nute burn, but i don't think that anymore. Is it a bug? is there something that i can do? or is it to close to harvest and i should let it go??? i think i have a couple weeks left before i can harvest and it does not look like this is affecting the bud.

I've got the same problem with one of mine, I'm not sure what can be done about it either... Problem started 3 weeks into flower, I'm now 6 weeks in so I'm not to fussed about sorting it out now(Harvest in 10-15 days), but it would be nice to find out what causes this for future reference!

This could be a couple things.. possibly

PH Fluctuation can exibit signs like these. Do you ph test your water? Too high or too low a pH can lock up nutrients in the form of undisolvable salts and compounds, some of which are actually toxic to the plants. What then happens is the grower then tries to supplement the plants diet by adding more fertilizers, throwing off the pH even more and locking up even more nutrients. This type of problem is seen more often in soil mixes, where inconsistent mixing of the medium's components leads to "hot" spots.

Magnesium deficiency. This prob can be fixed easily by mixing 1 tablespoon Epsom salts/gallon of water. Until you can correct nutrient lockout, try foliar feeding. (can also occur to plants too close to an ozone generator)

*rare* Iron Toxicity also shows similar side effects in which case you would need to flush plants

other feedback is great

it is by an ozone generator. mmmmmm i have been watering with plain water latly no nutes for at least 2 weeks and this started 1 week ago so it could be ph fluctuation to.. i will take out the ozone thing out and ph my water do you think i should try the epsom salt just in case?

how do i know when it's ready to harvest??? it's not got a lot of brown hairs on it yet and at the top is mostly white still

Ozone generators too close cause that problem move it away from the plant.

Epsom salts wont hurt your plants but can mess up PH so make sure to keep ph in appropriate levels

Harvest when 50%-80% of the white pistils (hairs) have turned dark (usually brown or red). But a better method of determining when to harvest is to wait until certain trichomes on the plant have matured, or turned cloudy instead of glass transparent

Also make sure to flush it real well before harvest.

Ok moved it away from plant and ph water at 6.8 and flushing is just giving it a lot of plain water right??

dude those arent even close i would say atlest 4 wks before harvest you shouldnt have started flushing which most good growers dont believe in the flush theory keep em green to the end says uncle ben check out his threads

I didn't say they were ready yet lol

But I have to argue in favor of the flush method you want to get harmful nutes out before you smoke it
Though you shouldn't do it til week before harvest
Not yet

oh my bad lol
and in response to your pst in the rep comment ygraine
The damage is irreversible it basically killed the molecules with too much o3
Its not a big deal that you took care of it early
I would recommend adding some micro nutes to give your plants system a boost, that type of event causes a lot of stress on the plant.

the damage is irreversible the plant suffered from ozone poisoning and killed the leaves on a molecular level (same thing happens to humans with too much ozone)
I would recommend giving your plant a dose of micro-nutes (organic) to gives its immune system a boost.
