Default Leaves Curling
I watered my plants last night and checked on them this morning and this is what has happened, in the second piture its really quite bad, saying that its only on one(maybe two) of the leaves. Also the basin at the bottom was completely full with water, and i was reading around and think that i may have overwatered...would still be nice for some opionions. Also if i leave them will they recover?

They seem fine to me. are the tips of the leaves turning yellow? If they are then you have overnuted slightly... although it doesn't look much to worry about at this stage.

That is over watering 4 sure. Your plants are lacking 02 at the roots and is causing the leaves to curl. A sure fire way to correct this is to place an air stone in the water for a few days before you water them. Or you can add a small amount of peroxide to you water to get them the 02 they need. Either way you soil is saturated and is causing this to happen. This is why a soil grower needs to pay a great deal of attention to the quality of the soil, as the soil gets compact in your pot they have a hard time picking up 02 from the roots. Construction sand mixed with your soil will also keep the soil from becoming compact and allow air space in your soil. per-lite is also good but retains quite a bit of water as well, I find sand (construction grade) does a great job at keeping my plants well aerated and that from happening.

I was considering putting some worms in there...would that help? i was told that they aerate the soil.

I noticed the big pots and assumed it too late to add the perlite. It'll just mean that you need to water less frequently.

In the future, mix perlite into your soil as bigballin said your roots need oxygen.

How close are your lights?

Worms will die when you use ferts. Temp of pots smaller than 5 gallon are also a problem indoors and will kill the worms. Have you ever smelled rotting worms in a bait container, Just not a real good idea unless you are going 100% organic and can control the temps of you soil( unlikely) as worms like cool soil and will die as a result of warm soil for extended periods of time.

If i just leave them be for the next couple of days to do there own thing do you think they have a fighting chance or will they die. This is my first grow and was OVER-caring, also do you think its normal sized for 2 weeks old?
