I wouldn't use nutes on seedlings or anything under a couple weeks old...
The only thing I've heard of people adding to their water when they are germinating is Superthrive.

I germinate my seeds in the rockwool starter cubes. And you definitely don't want to use nutes, the tap root from the seed is sensitive and can be burnt/killed easily.

Super(duper)thive. That's it. Seedlings should provide their own food.

Alright I flush with some ph'd water and see how they do
