Let soil dry out so that it is barely moist(nice dry rub feel). make sure you have adequate lights on them. They look like they may be over watered. Once the soil is dried give a nice water until you see a drop come from the bottom of bucket ddrain holes. Water slowly and lightly work the topsoil with your hands so that it more lumpy and airy for good water dispersion.

I have some white widow plants that seem to just grow so slow despite good conditions. best bet is patients and not to over water. Water when soil turns into a dry rub with a pinch of moisture in it. If you have a 2 gal bucket you should be able to pour 2 quarts of water before you see runoff. Hope that helps.
