Help TONS of white spots, not circles

Hi everyone, this is my first post but have used the site and all the stored information for the last two months.
Heres my problem (sorry no pics yet because they all come out horrible and you can't see what I'm talking about) I received some clones from my neighborhood friendly dispensarie that had atleast an outbreak of PM and possibly another fungus, unless it was just PM under my branches. I read up on PM since I knew I had that and decided to fix it with safers 3 in 1 ready to spray formula, not the full strength stuff. I read the product And it said to apply a heavy spray to the point of runoff, tops and bottoms of leaves.
I used the safer for 3 nights in a row right before my night cycle and the typical PM spots cleared up and so did the fungus under my branches, but I've got TONS of white "spots" not circles like PM usually forms but just dots, kinda like my plants have a guy with dandruff shaking his hair off on them. Each day after using the safer the white spots were more prevelant then the last day. So I quit using it figuring it was a build up of the chemicals since I don't have a mister and don't water over the tops of plants either. But when I whiped two leaves clean one night the next day they were getting the spots again.
Im using a deepwater culture each seperate with the General Hydroponic line of chemicals. My temp is mid 70's to 82-83, my humidity is only around 30. I have two 9" fans blowing on my plants, still in veg and I only have 4. My room isn't air tight by anymeans since it's in my basement and I have aHeater vent open to regulate night tempature.
Any help guys, what I was told would kill the mildew has just made it worse now the white is collecting at the tips and folded areas on leaves and starting to kill the leaves where it sits, the "decay" looks like a mag deficancy except for the white "dandruff" build up.
Thanks for any help guys, I really don't want to fail with my first grow.

Buy some neem oil. go to neemking.com (i think thats it). Spray that stuff once a day for a couple of days and u should see it clear up! Your humidity level sounds fine...anything to high will only make the mildew worse. Also, make sure you have lots of ventilation/air flow on your plants. I use to get really bad mildew problems (white powdery mildew) and its taken a lot of tweaking my system to get it under control.

So Neem Oil, make sure your humidity stays low, and put a fan up next to your ladies so you don't get any "stagnant" air for the mildew to start spreading. Rotate your plants once a day if need be so all sides get proper circulation. I've also heard flushing your plant can help.

hope this helps!

my post above of is all assumptions with out seeing any pics though haha
Lol yeah man, it's just such a weird "thing" that it's hard to ge a good pic of it, I'll take some more tonight and see how they work. About the neem oil, does it have a buildup at all that needs to get rinsed off?

the neem oil is 100% organic. Ive never had any problems with build ups or anything. A small bonus is it also kills most pests and u get a nice growth spurt out of your ladies!

Thanks for the advice man, I tried.to take more pictured but it just comes out horrible. I'm gonna go grab some oil and I'll let you know how it worked out.

Thanks tons for the advice man. I gave them the neem oil last night and it worked great, when I woke up this morning they looked SOOooOoOo much better. Thanks again

Milk my friend, milk. fat free milk controls PM. 3 parts water to 1 part milk, spray the plants down. you'll have to do it about once a week but it will control the PM. i speak from experience, actually using right now.

I've heard of this, and there is no smell from the milk if you use fat free milk correct? Also since I haven't asked anyone who's doing/done it, what kinda buildup or side effects can you expect?
